The message builder stays on your device

Entering your city, home details, light model, coverage area, preferred timing, or lighting preference creates a draft in your browser. The website does not submit these details to a server, save them in browser storage, or send them to an installer automatically.

You choose when to contact us

When you open a text message, your device’s messaging app handles the draft. Nothing is sent until you send it. A call button opens your device’s calling function. Your carrier or messaging provider’s terms apply, and standard charges may apply.

Who operates this guide

Macomb Glow is an independent outdoor lighting guide operated by The Local Lookout LLC. No installer is currently assigned. We do not currently provide installation estimates or book work. An inquiry does not guarantee a response, referral, or installation.

Information you send directly

If you call or text, The Local Lookout LLC receives your phone number, messages, any photographs, and project details through CallRail. We use this information to review non-urgent inquiries, understand local lighting interest, and respond where appropriate. Share only what is useful; avoid gate codes, payment details, or other sensitive information. You can ask about information you have shared using the same contact number.

Voicemail and text messages

Calls to this dedicated number go directly to voicemail. If you leave a message after the greeting, your voicemail is recorded and stored by CallRail. Recording of live phone conversations is disabled. Text messages and any photographs you choose to send are also handled through CallRail. CallRail may process caller information, call times and duration, messages, recordings, and attachments. Contacting the guide does not automatically subscribe you to marketing messages.

Permission before any referral

Your inquiry is not automatically sold or forwarded to an installer. If a potential referral becomes available, we must identify the provider and obtain your permission before sharing your details. You can choose to contact a provider directly instead. There is no assigned provider or guaranteed referral at present.

Website operation

This version does not use advertising pixels, analytics trackers, marketing cookies, embedded maps, or third-party web fonts. Hosting providers may process basic technical request information, such as an IP address, to deliver and protect the website. Leaving an inquiry does not book an installation.
